ABOUT NAMASTRIDE
Dana, the founder of Namastride, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, RYT200 Certified Yoga Teacher through the Marianne Wells Yoga School, and an avid runner. After incorporating yoga into her running training, she became passionate about bringing yoga to runners.

Namastride provides yoga tailored to runners, with the benefit that the teacher is a runner who also works a desk job. She has experienced injuries, failures, and joys while running. After incorporating yoga into her training, the injuries and failures became less frequent, resiliency increased, and joy dominated. She just PRed in her 3rd marathon, using her own yoga program to supplement her running!
